Sporting and organisational code

The Sporting and Organisational Code is the Tunisian Judo Federation’s principal competition rulebook: affiliations, licences, the calendar and age categories, and how competitions run (refereeing, weigh-in, draw, ranking). Its closing sections reproduce, in full, the disciplinary rules, the national refereeing commission’s regulation, the grade examination regulations — including the aikido chapter — and the league statutes.

It binds affiliated clubs, federal bodies, sectorial leagues, the National Organising League, national judo officials, and practitioners of judo and its associated disciplines. Its cover page is dated 18 February 2023: despite the filename, this is not the 2020 edition. Age categories run from mini-poussin (8 and under) to senior (21 and up); a club’s affiliation must be filed no later than fifteen days before the first competition on the calendar.
