League statutes

This text combines two separate statutes: one for the sectorial judo leagues, governing how regional leagues are formed, run and funded, and one for the National Organising League (LNO), responsible for the technical organisation of national competitions. It binds sectorial league bureaus and their member associations, as well as the LNO’s bureau.

No date or version appears in the document; its text is reproduced in full inside the Sporting and Organisational Code. The sectorial-league statute runs in two sections, “Duties and Operation” and “Resources and Management”; a league bureau — president, vice-president, secretary general, treasurer general and three members — is appointed by the federal president under Article 28 of the FTJUDO statutes, for a four-year term. The LNO statute sets out, in nineteen articles, the composition of its bureau and its logistical obligations.
