FTJUDO statutes
The FTJUDO statutes are the Tunisian Judo Federation’s founding charter: legal form, purpose, membership conditions, the composition and powers of the general assembly and the federal bureau, the technical directorate, regional leagues, discipline, finances and dissolution. This is the foundational text from which the authority of the federation’s other regulations, including the Sporting and Organisational Code, derives.
It binds affiliated judo, aikido and kendo associations, the federal bureau and its president, the regional leagues, and — through its disciplinary chapter — coaches, referees and officials. Adopted by an extraordinary general assembly on 22 July 2020, it runs to 87 articles in chapters: definition, membership, general assemblies, the federal bureau (15 members, at least two of them women), the technical directorate, the general secretariat, leagues, and discipline — including an anti-doping chapter that Article 78 instructs the Federation to detail in its disciplinary rules — and finances.
