Disciplinary rules

The Disciplinary Rules set out the Tunisian Judo Federation’s disciplinary regime: what counts as an infraction, the sanction scale, the competent bodies and appeal chain, and a detailed anti-doping scale. The text binds judokas, coaches, club officials, match officials, spectators and clubs; a separate article extends certain sanctions to national-team members. Article 78 of the FTJUDO statutes called for this text, which is reproduced in full inside the Sporting and Organisational Code.

Dated August 2020, it runs to 19 articles: scope, sanction procedure, sanction catalogue, competent bodies and appeal routes (National Disciplinary Commission, Federal Bureau, CNAS), investigative powers, expulsion, media-related sanctions, payment deadlines, repeat offences, anti-doping, and discipline for national-team selections. An appeal, filed within 8 days, costs 100 dinars, refunded if it succeeds; a first doping offence carries a 2-to-4-year suspension, a repeat offence a lifetime ban.
