Internal rules of the FTJ national refereeing commission
This internal regulation governs the Tunisian Judo Federation’s National Refereeing Commission (CNA): its composition, powers, meeting cadence, the referee grading ladder, dress and conduct, and its power to sanction its own members. It binds the CNA and every national referee, judge and table official. A closely related version of this text also appears inside the Sporting and Organisational Code, which names the CNA responsible for refereeing at every tournament sanctioned under the tournament specifications.
No date appears in the document. It runs to 17 articles, from composition to sanctions against referees, with two annexes: the grading ladder table and the continental and world exam programme. The CNA’s president must hold the world-referee grade; a 1st-degree referee must be 18 years old with 4 years’ seniority, against 25 years and 11 years for the national grade. Referees are summoned at least 7 days before a competition.
