African Junior Judo Championships in Morocco: Tunisia Concludes Participation with 5 Medals
The Tunisian Junior National Judo Team (men and women) concluded its participation in the African Championships with an honorable total of 5 medals, reaffirming Tunisia’s strong position on the African stage despite the noticeable rise in technical level and performance across participating national teams.
The results are as follows:
🥇 Gold Medal
- Zayneb Troudi (+78 kg)
🥈 Three Silver Medals
- Narjes Hadaji (-48 kg)
- Amna Khelfaoui (-52 kg)
- Adem Kooki (+100 kg)
🥉 Bronze Medal
- Adem Landolsi (-100 kg)
Although the majority of team members were competing in the junior category for the first time, our athletes delivered outstanding technical performances and showed high fighting spirit. This confirms that this generation possesses all the qualities to become a key pillar for the future of Tunisian judo. These results mark an important step in the building and development process, calling for continued effort and investment in this young group to achieve even greater accomplishments continentally and internationally.
